Spin real albums. Pick one song from each. Build a 12-track debut and see where it charts.
#1 Debut is a free music draft game in the browser. No install, no login. You build a Franken-album from a curated pool of real records, then the game projects a chart debut - anywhere from missing the chart to a #1 week.
- Choose your mode. Classic shows ratings while you draft. Expert hides them until the end.
- Pick a genre. Keep the full pool, or cut it to Hip-Hop, Pop, or Rock. Genre guides show what is in each filter.
- Spin. The reel pulls a random album from the pool.
- Pick one song from that album for your tracklist - or use your one free redraw if you want a different album.
- Optional: after the free redraw, watch a short ad for one more redraw. Never required to finish a run.
- Repeat until you have twelve tracks.
- Read the debut. Your picks score into a projected position from the low 200s up to #1.
How your debut is scored
Five things move the needle:
